In-Person Registration Options
We can’t wait to see you in Chicago! In-person registration includes full access to education sessions, three general sessions, exhibit hall access, networking breakfasts, breaks, lunch, physical conference materials and the Tuesday opening reception. Please note that attendees are not required to sign up for PD breakout sessions (Wednesday-Friday) and may attend whichever sessions they like while in Chicago.

**We know you can’t attend every session at PD2026, and sometimes it's hard to choose which one to attend. A selection of education sessions will be recorded, with the presenter's video/audio synced with their session materials (e.g., PowerPoint). Conference attendees can purchase the digital copy of the recordings with their registration for $200. Be sure to select the Conference Recordings add-on option when registering. The sessions Apra plans to record will be publicized in April.
***Guest pass includes access to the exhibit hall, Tuesday opening reception and Wednesday lunch. Guest passes may only be purchased by full-conference PD attendees. Guests must be 21 or over to attend the opening reception.
Virtual Registration Options
In addition to the in-person conference, we are pleased to offer a virtual option that provides access to general sessions and education across four session rooms over the three PD conference days. A virtual ticket purchase also gives you access to all session recordings.

Pre-Conference Options
Apra Fundamentals: Prospect Research, Apra Fundamentals: Relationship Management, Data Science Now, the Emerging Leaders Cohort and the Executive Leadership Cohort will take place before the conference on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and require an additional registration fee. Pre-conference sessions are optional and can be purchased as an add-on to your in-person PD conference registration or as a standalone purchase. Post Conference Recording Bundles
Apra is pleased to offer recordings of 40+ sessions from PD2026. Attendees can bundle their in-person registration with access to the conference recordings for an additional $200. Please note: Those who purchase the virtual ticket will automatically receive access to all conference recordings.

Pricing Note:
- In order to receive member pricing you must be a member. You can check your membership status here.
- If you are not a member you can still secure PD Member Pricing by joining Apra today. The savings on registration typically cover the entire cost of your annual membership, allowing the investment to pay for itself.
Cancellation policy
- Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers in registration type and substitutions must be submitted in writing to registration@aprahome.org. Phone calls will not be accepted.
- In-person registration cancellations made on or before July 21, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
- If you wish to switch from an in-person registration to a virtual registration, the refund deadlines are as follows:
- On or before July 21, 2026: No penalty for change; refund of the difference in fees given
- After July 21, 2026: No refund for the difference in fees given
- Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization, up to 5 days before the event, at no penalty. Membership status will be verified, and additional fees will be assessed as appropriate. Badge sharing is not allowed. There are no refunds for no-shows.
- Refunds will be credited in the same manner as the original payment. Allow up to 30 days after the event to receive your refund. Please remember that canceling or changing your registration does not automatically cancel or change your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for adjusting their own hotel and travel reservations.
